WorkSmart Systems, Inc. Website Privacy Policy and Conditions of Use

At WorkSmart Systems, Inc. (referred to herein as “WSS,” “us” or “we”), we know you care about your personal privacy and about the terms and conditions that govern your use of this Website (this “Site”). Because we are dedicated to serving your needs and respecting your preferences, we have adopted the policies and practices described in this Privacy Policy and Conditions of Use.

Our Collection and Use of Your Personally Identifiable Information

In general, we collect and use information about you for employment administration, to deliver payroll, benefits or services (e.g., our newsletter) and to inform you of WSS-related benefit programs, conferences and/or other opportunities. Because of the nature of our business, our services and benefits are not designed for direct interaction with minors. We intend to interact only with adult employees or clients; we do not knowingly attempt to collect or receive any information from children.

  • URL and IP Address: Like many other Websites, we may collect information about our users' utilization and navigation of our Site. This information helps us to design our Site to better suit our users' needs. We may also use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server and to administer our Site, analyze trends, track visitor movements, and gather broad demographic information that assists us in identifying visitor preferences.
