Worksmart Systems sponsors a self-insured group health plan for employees and their families. We are legally required to make certain pricing information available to the public in machine readable files containing the following sets of costs for items and services:

In Network Rate File – This file includes rates for all covered health care items and services between the plan and providers that are in the plan’s designated network.

Allowed Amount File – This file includes amounts allowed for charges billed from out-of-network providers.
